Turn this goal into a realistic 30-day confidence-building ladder: [describe the goal or situation I want to become more comfortable with]. Create four progressive levels: Level 1: very low-risk practice. Level 2: controlled real-world practice. Level 3: moderately challenging exposure. Level 4: the actual target situation or a close simulation. Design one practical action for each day. Each action should take approximately 5–20 minutes and create observable evidence of progress rather than relying only on motivation or positive thinking. Include a simple daily tracker with: - action completed, - discomfort before from 0–10, - discomfort after from 0–10, - what happened, - what I learned, - and the next repetition. Increase difficulty gradually rather than making large jumps. If I miss a day, adjust the remaining plan without punishment, guilt, doubling the workload, or restarting from Day 1. At the end of each week, include a short review that identifies actual evidence of improvement and decides whether the next level should stay the same, increase, or become easier.
