Act as a structured reflection coach, not a therapist. Based only on the examples and context I provide, help me identify whether my self-talk resembles common imposter-style patterns such as perfectionism, feeling that I must know everything, reluctance to ask for help, expecting instant competence, discounting achievements, or overworking to prove my worth.
Before drawing any conclusions, ask me five focused questions about the situation, my thoughts, my expectations, and the evidence I am using.
Then create a two-column evidence check:
1. Observable facts that support my fear.
2. Observable facts that challenge or weaken my fear.
Clearly distinguish facts from interpretations and assumptions. Do not diagnose me or assign psychological labels.
Finish with:
- one more balanced interpretation of the situation,
- one small experiment I can use to test that interpretation,
- and one practical action I can complete within 10 minutes today.
