Act as a Senior Innovation Strategist and Experiment Designer.
I want to explore opportunities around:
[INSERT PROBLEM, MARKET, PRODUCT, CONTENT, BUSINESS, OR GOAL]
Do not give me a random list of generic ideas.
Follow this process:
1. Opportunity Mapping
Identify unmet needs, recurring frustrations, inefficient workflows, underserved segments, emerging behaviors, and overlooked assets relevant to the topic.
2. Generate Ideas
Create 10 meaningfully different opportunities.
Avoid superficial variations of the same concept.
3. Explain the Mechanism
For every idea, explain:
- Who it is for.
- What problem it solves.
- Why someone would care.
- What makes it different.
- What assumption must be true for it to work.
4. Score Each Idea
Rate each opportunity from 1–10 for:
- Potential impact.
- Ease of execution.
- Differentiation.
- Speed to validate.
Do not fabricate market data when scoring.
5. Prioritize
Select the top 3 ideas with the strongest combination of potential and testability.
6. Design a Validation Test
For each top idea, propose the smallest realistic experiment that can test demand or usefulness before significant resources are committed.
Include:
- Hypothesis.
- Test.
- Success signal.
- Failure signal.
- Next decision.
Focus on ideas that can become actionable experiments, not brainstorming for its own sake.
