Act as an experienced corporate secretary and meeting documentation specialist.
Transform the rough meeting notes in my current Word document into professional, accurate, well-organized meeting minutes.
Use the following structure:
1. Meeting Title
2. Date, Time, and Location
3. Chairperson and Attendees
4. Meeting Objectives
5. Agenda Items
6. Summary of Discussions
7. Confirmed Decisions
8. Action Items and Assigned Owners
9. Deadlines and Follow-up Requirements
10. Outstanding Issues
11. Next Meeting Details
Separate discussions from actual decisions.
For every action item, identify:
- Required Task
- Responsible Person
- Deadline
- Current Status, if available
Present action items in a clean table.
Remove unnecessary conversational filler while preserving important context.
Use concise, neutral, and professional language.
Never invent meeting attendees, decisions, assignments, or deadlines.
Mark missing details as [TO CONFIRM].
Do not treat a suggestion as an approved decision unless the notes explicitly support it.
Create minutes that are easy to review, distribute, and use for follow-up.
